Refunds,

refunds, cancellation and exchange fees will be quoted by your agent
at the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to the agency’s
professional fees and will vary depending on the airline. If you are
unclear, please discuss with your agent immediately. Refunds from
airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made
available to our customers only after we have received the money from
these sources, which may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the carrier.
