Shipping
Fees/Ticket Fees: Some itineraries require paper tickets. Check with
your Agent if your itinerary allows an e-ticket. In case your itinerary
allows e-tickets, and you still want paper tickets issued, USA Travel
Services charges a USD 10.00 shipping fee per transaction either via
USPS/DHL, over and above any airline imposed fees for issuing paper
tickets. The tickets will be delivered to the mailing address provided
by the passenger. An over night shipment delivery will cost $25.
Restricted Air Fares: Discounted airfare tickets offered for a
proposed itinerary are restricted. Tickets are non-transferable,
non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-endorsable. Date changes prior to
and after commencement of travel are allowed, but are subject to
availability of seats and other applicable penalties. |

Payment
Guidelines: Fares are only guaranteed once the payment has been made
in full. We accept cash, bankers checks, wire transfers and all major
credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, you would need to
fill in a credit card authorization form and/or authorize the credit
card charge over phone. We will require a copy of your credit card and a
copy of your driver license along with the credit card authorization
form. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Passport & Visa Requirements: USA Travel Services is not
responsible for acquiring any documentation required for traveling to a
foreign country. All passport and visa formalities have to be completed
by the person visiting abroad on his/her own. Valid Passport with Six
month validity is required for all International Travel. Visa
requirements for all Travel including destination, transit, and re-entry
are the sole-responsibility of the traveler. USA Travel will not be
liable for any lapse or omission. Please check for visa requirements
with the concerned consulate directly.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation penalties or fees apply to
all canceled bookings. Once tickets are returned for refund to us, a
standard period of six weeks is required to process refunds.
